Hahaha that didn't go too well... how close do u normally stalk up to most hogs before setting up to shoot?

just depends... how dark, how many pigs, how hard they've been hunted, how many people are with me, how capable they are at sneaking up, which direction the closest are facing, etc. usually try to get close enough to make a clean kill on the first shot, even if i have to zoom to 6x. hope to get at least 100 yards. prefer closer so i get more shots at the others. sometimes i can't get within 200 yards.

in the case of this hunt, we were already pushing it.
