For some folks WARNING GRAPHIC, might not want to have little ones in your lap while watching video. Also if you have the speakers up I'm using a bit of foul language.
As some of you know the wife & I were at the Lonestarboars get together & left early because of my back troubles, when we were almost to the house, the video is what we found waiting for us.
Luckily I had brought a few show & tell items with us & was able to dish out some immediate payback haha.
All my stuff was crammed in the back seat of the truck but luckily they were all loaded( usually are;)) the only trouble I had was ini mini mini moe trying to pick which one I was going to use.
I figured the 375 H&H would ring mommas ears to much so the open sighted Marlin 45-70 with handloaded 300gr Barnes TSX was chosen.
If you have the speakers up you can hear the coyotes yip-yapping, they were less than 50yds away down in the brush at the base of the stock tank. My thinking is they did the kill & the pigs stold it from them & that's why they were so close & pissed off.
She & I did a little blood trailing but my one flashlight died & she wasn't too keen on trampling thru the thick stuff & potentially running into the yotes either.
We get to the house & my young stray pup was going nuts smelling the blood on my boots & he wanted to go find the pigs NOW. I told him he could go help daddy at first light. he didn't sleep a wink, he LOVES to go find daddy's dead things, like to roll in em too.
I took him back to the last drop of blood on the one I hit twice & less than a minute he was sitting at the edge of the tank wagging his tail where she was floating.
Man I love that dog. here he is with his prize.
This is the entry
This is the exit & the entry of the second shot.
I know they are a little far back but how she made it as far as she did ??? Pigs never cease to amaze me.
The other was easier to find with the buzzards, the yotes got ahold of her before they did, hit in the neck but missed the spine I'm guessing.
I pilled em up to hopefully get a shot at some of the yotes lastnight but been really sick & back wouldn't allow it.
