I love Thai food. Ok this is easy and amazingly good. Go to you oriental food store and pick up a can of Masaman curry paste. Follow direction on the can and use venison steak in small cubes. What you do is put curry paste in pot with half a can of lite coconut milk bring to a slow boil add onions, potato small cubed andVenison cook till done on low heat. Serve in soup bowl. It is nice to have some type of bread to soak in sauce. It is a little spicy but not hot. My wife will eat so that says a lot about heat. Let me how you like it.Truley amazing tastes.
