Small boar with the 6.8

[mc68]

Just before dark this small boar came in to the feeder. I had decided to knock the dust off my original 6.8 rifle, Stag 7H. This is still my most accurate AR I have. This rifle really likes the 115gr Fusion ammo. It did a great job on this boar. Broke his from shoulder, he ran 10 yards with a large blood trail. I sure enjoy shooting this rifle, may need to keep it out and hunt more with.

Nothing beats an old faithful friend.

The 6.8 will continue to do the job! Good shooting! I have an old Daniel Defense Ambush in 6.8, still running just fine.

Nice shooting AND it has one of those prized LSB stickers too.

I bought one of those, back in the day. Have it on my Maxpedition tablet carrier.

Great size for the grill!

Good boar down! The hogs at your place look a little different ... still hogs none the less!
