Didn't get any hogs last night but first stop at work and there was a sounder on the edge of the lake. Stalked around them and got up-wind; dropped the first one but i think it went in the water, got few more as they ran by me. Food for thought- if you are between the hogs and their only escape route when you shoot you are either very confident or stupid. I fall into the latter group, much excitement and many wasted shots trying to turn them away. 2 recovered. 2015-08-04 10.16.34.jpg
 
Now that's the way to start the day... dead hogs and compromised BVDs. Lancer's "Come to papa" moment.
 
That may be the perfect hog hunt right there.

You all have some hogs and that is a good thing. Nice going guys!!! Looks like a nice bed of soft grass so they can rest:) BANG BANG!!

I think he carries a brush... to foo-foo them up for the photo ops.
 
They were fresh out of the water, I might have scrubbed a little......

No count but i could go back and count from the pictures, i've considered that. But i assure you I'm not in TLM's league. Besides that he's a video editing Genius- somehow he makes it look like he hits almost all of his shots!! LOL.
 
My better half took me hunting last night, she's a trooper. She even donned the helmet and drove with PVS-14. I'll have her stalking with me before long. Although it is nice to turn on a light and she comes and gets me. Only one small group where we went and they were on the edge of the treeline. Well... there's dinner for four... tender.
 
Maybe only dinner for 3, that front drivers side looks a bit sloppy.
