Well this turned out to be quite the exciting now. Dave and I got together and made the rounds to a bunch of properties, but only saw hogs on three. However, three was enough to produce a lot of action...

Great hunts and vids Brian.
Hunting with Full moon and clear sky makes for tough conditions.. The hogs can see very well which makes close approaches difficult. I got busted 4 times same night. Congrats.

You noticed that, did you? LOL.
You know, we had cloudy skies early on, but it was still a hazy bright. We got busted on that first hunt, but the sow Dave targeted did not give an alarm grunt and so the others were none the wiser. We got lucky, there. With the boar on property 3 and the small sounder next to the house on Property 2, we were out in the open. The cattle helped with the boar. On the other sounder, we were in the side yard of the owner's house and the hogs were in the pasture next to it. All I could figure is that moving slow and quietly really helped, that and they probably were used to seeing motion around the house.
That would be a great song. Yeah, I thought there was a pig or two on that sow, but she was covered up in them.
