Looks like your first shot was low and forward of the front leg. Maybe you hit a major blood vessel, maybe not. Maybe you hit the offside front leg, maybe not.
Your second shot was way too far in front of the hog (more than a body length), was too low, and was a miss. As close as the hog was, you probably should have had the crosshairs on the head or neck to make a good boilerroom hit.
Your third shot looked to be a liver shot, maybe upper gut. As the hog was close, this shot was probably an inch or so lower than your POA.
I think Dan is right, the hog will be dead, just none of your shots were the type to drop him in his tracks.

I thought he was gonna come and take your legs out from under ya.
they are dinosaurs just amazing. . whatcha shooting?
That was a big hog! I agree, better check it a.s.a.p. Is that a Trail? I've been there...
Looks like the first shot hit center mass about a foot behind the front leg. Second shot (where he stumbled in the video) shattered
the front left leg though you couldn't tell it from the way he was running. Third "desperation" shot hit low in the belly. So he was
dead, just took him a while to bite the dust. Measured 42 inches but don't know if that's accurate when they're stiff. So glad I
found him, makes me feel a lot better!
If your first shot hit center mass, then indeed your scope is way off because that was not where you were aiming when the image was upset by recoil. You broke the front leg with the first shot. You can see it flopping as he starts to run. Your 3rd shot centerpunched him around the liver area.
