My hunting buddy/11 year old neighbor finally got his first pig! Taped out at 230 lbs, with some good cutters! He and I were sitting on a fence line splitting the pasture and corn field. Using my Helion XP 38 spotted this dude milling around under the brush close to the fence. I had shot a sow full of piglets the night before and thought maybe he was checking out the carcass. We stalked up within about 40 yards and 3,2,1 dropped the boom on him! Dropped in his tracks!
That's my 6.8. I use the ten rounder whenever I will not have multiple shots. I change to a twenty five whenever there are more hogs. In my area that does not happen to much. Both of these took two apiece.
Did'ja poke 'em with sumpin' sharp? Good hogs down.
