Thanks. A lot of people dislike the 300 but at 100 yds nothing deadlier. Then again...... dead is dead. Lol

when ya shoot like that it doesn't much matter what ya use nice tag! 300 is a great round there are tons of great workable caliber options out there as long as you aren't talking about reaching way way out and body shots. keep after 'em! I'm eager to get back out tonight!

Smacked a couple Saturday morning with 300 bo, haven't shot my 6.8 since getting this thing...has been fun.

300 Blackout is all I use. I loaned my 223 to a buddy to hunt with and it seems to be effective as well. For the 300 blackout I use
Remington hollow point available at Walmart for $15/box. The .223 was Tul-ammo, hollow points, Walmart $5/box. I think with hogs it is about point of impact.
