First what is your real job? Secondly, I make all the 300 and below hog edible, sow or boar by salt water brining the meat, takes all the strong smell and bad tastes out of the meat.
You are right, they make a good living but unless you decide to expand and have 10 other plumbers working for you 1 man and a helper can only do so much work, or want to...it can be a tough job.
