Those are meat juices it's bathing in. I had 1T of Olive Oil beneath the fish to keep it from sticking to the foil. Steam pans rock!
When I was a kid, my family out in WA would send us a ton of fresh salmon. I miss those days!
Today was "Feed the Animals Day". I took it to work, and had it sliced and ready to go with cream cheese and crackers. Happy crew.
