I got the Lone Star Armory rifle back from Ben and got some new ammo to try in it. Accuracy was great. Federal Fusion show well under 1" at 100 yards and Hornady Black ELD-M shot a half inch at that distance. I don't recall having particularly good feelings about either bullet type based on previous experience and I hunted with the Fusion this time around. I think the bullet performs exactly as designed, but doesn't do anything extra. It drills a hole and stays together very well and if it doesn't hit something directly, it doesn't get damaged. Maybe great for meat hunting, but not for flat out killing hogs...
