.....since I am soon to have a couple of gallons of Red Scotch Bonnet peppers for starters coming off of the two containers I have growing by my front door I wanted to make an authentic hot sauce like the lady from Trinidad used to make when I worked for GTE. This is a recipe from simplytrinicooking where recipes from the Island are shared. Gonna have to try this one out!
NOTE: It's hard to find "culantro" around here so simply double the amount called for using cilantro and it will taste the same.
