The following information needs to spread like fire. Another person made this comment in another video and I repost it here:

ATF gun laws, ACTS are VOID here is why
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.” 2nd Amendment

“A law repugnant to the Constitution is void. An act of Congress repugnant to the Constitution cannot become a law. The Constitution supersedes all other laws and the individual’s rights shall be liberally enforced in favor of him, the clearly intended and expressly designated beneficiary.” –Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 (1803)

“An unconstitutional law is void and is as no law. An offense created by it is not crime. A conviction under it is not merely erroneous but is illegal and void and cannot be used as a legal cause of imprisonment.” – Ex parte Siebold, 100 U.S. 371 (1879)

“An unconstitutional act is not law. It confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office. It is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.” – Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425 (1886)

“In American constitutional law, a statute is void for vagueness and unenforceable if it is too vague for the average citizen to understand or if a term cannot be strictly defined and is not defined anywhere in such law, thus violating the vagueness doctrine. There are several reasons a statute may be considered vague; in general, a statute might be called void for vagueness reasons when an average citizen cannot generally determine what persons are regulated, what conduct is prohibited, or what punishment may be imposed. For example, criminal laws which do not state explicitly and definitely what conduct is punishable are void for vagueness. A statute is also void for vagueness if a legislature's delegation of authority to judges and/or administrators is so extensive that it would lead to arbitrary prosecutions. Related to the "void for vagueness" concept is the "unconstitutional vagueness" concept” - Vagueness Doctrine
The first ACT The National Firearms Act Is repugnant to the constitution and has been the opening of the floodgates of attacks against our constitution costing millions in litigation and depriving rights under color of law.
ATF is in violation of
18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law
Whoever,
under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom,
willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth,
Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or
immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the
United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on
account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or
race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined
under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if
bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this
section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened
use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under
this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death
results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such
acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual
abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to
kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of
years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.!
The way I see it If a law is passed that directly opposes the
constitution that
law is VOID and the passer of the offending law violated their OATH.
Anyone enforcing those offending laws also violates their oath! If you
break your Oath you have committed treason! You
have been deprived your rights under color of law!
SHALL NOT INFRINGE means NO RESTRICTIONS!
Synonyms & Antonyms of infringe
1 as in violate, breach
Synonyms & Near Synonyms for infringe
breach, break, violate
err, fall, offend, sin, stray, transgress, trespass, wander
backslide, lapse, mess up
Antonyms & Near Antonyms for infringe
forgive, justify, pardon
regret, repent, rue
2 as in invade, intrude
Synonyms & Near Synonyms for infringe
entrench (also intrench), impinge, intrude, invade
snake, sneak
overpass, overreach, overrun, overshoot, overstep
creep, encroach, inch, worm.
To enforce 18 U.S. Code § 242 you must charge the law maker, and all
involved personally, for violation of their oath and
enforcing an unconstitutional law and violation of 18 U.S. Code § 242 .
National Firearm Act is VOID!
Firearm Protection Act is VOID and any other ACT opposing the Constitution!
I am not a gun owner I am just an advocate for our constitutional rights.
The ATF got a pre-ruling so both sides could prepare arguments. ATF saw Judge was going to rule against the ATF so they withdrew charges in 2019!
I do not understand how waking a criminal for owning something legal a week ago and not notified is allowing the individual’s rights to be liberally enforced in favor of him, the clearly intended and expressly designated beneficiary.
