I sent my XP50 to Sellmark in Mansfield, TX for warranty work. Just curious if anybody else has done this and what is the average turn around time?
Uh-oh. I got a brand new XP50 a month ago that was DOA with an internal battery issue. They've had it for two weeks now and I've never heard from them.
Heard rumor that there are no replacement units available right now, so it might be a while...but I'm hoping in your case that you get fixed up quickly and I'm just suffering from horrible luck.
I know two people now that have had replacement units come with issues and had to send those back as well.
I'm not trying to bash Pulsar, but there seems to be a lot of problems with all of the Thermion lines right now.
