Pulsar stream vision troubleshoot

I purchased my first thermal about a month ago and have been developing loads and tinkering with the settings.

I have a XP 50. Stream vision works fine with my iPhone. Except sometimes the WiFi connection will be lost. However my iPad 2 will not stream the image within the thermal scope. It shows that it is connected to the device and I can access files on my iPad but it will not stream the image. As far as I can tail, the iPad has access to all the features except the view finder. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Both the app and the scope appear to be operating on the latest firmware.

Delete and reinstall the app on your IPad.
Sometimes mine has trouble staying connected at home. Turn off your home wifi or go somewhere where there is no other wifi available and try to connect. Also, don't let your iPad or phone "auto screen lock" after X amount of time without touching/using the phone/iPad.
Make sure for certain that you have the latest firmware updates installed.
If none of that works, ask Brian Schaffer, lol.
