Howdy Folks

I am new to this site but not new to hunting or attempting to hunt hogs with a suppressed AR platform. Currently waiting on my first thermal should be here by the end of the month(January) along with my first 6.8 SPC AR. Most of my experience involves hunting on my buddies ranch between Weatherford & Grandbury with suppressed 556, 300 blackout and 308 AR pattern rifles utilizing gen 1+ Armasight NV. Once I get my thermal optic in I will be willing to jump in on any eradication opportunities within a 200 mile radius of Dallas. PM me if you have any opportunities that I can jump in on.

Mine is a Honda that hasn't had the oil changed in 10 years and the cable for the self propel is busted. I would fix these issues but I am saving money for a thermal scope.

Thanks it was the only boar of they 3 that I shot. Called in 4 inside of 90 seconds using one of Glen's calls and a cheap bluetooth speaker. I didn't expect it to work and I was only holding my 12.5 gas piston 556 loaded DRT 55 grn with only 8 rounds in the mag. Ran out quickly as he came running in within 15 yards like a crackhead responding to free crack, I could hear his cutters popping together. After I ran out I grabbed the green light off that rifle and swapped to my 10.5 300 blk loaded with Lehigh Controlled Chaos and smoked the other 2 sows inside of 30 yards with the 4th getting away. In total the boar came in at 219 lbs, the larger sow came in at 205 and the smaller sow at 178. They never come around when I have full magazines and plenty of ammo. Just so no one thinks I am telling stories here you go.
