DI or piston for running suppressor

Dusty

Hey, thats a fact jack
I want a 300 blackout AR for running my new omage silencerco bought from Silencer Shop. I was thinking about a piston driven for smoother cycling the AR short barrel. Any suggestions of a good manufacturer . Or am i correct on the smoother cycling with the piston. Thank Dusty.

Not sure about smoother cycling but my Poston rifles run a ton cleaner.

Piston guns do run a lot cleaner and cooler. However in my experience a DI gun that is set up correct with a adjustable gas block, correct buffer weight, and a charging handle that vents gas away from the shooter then, it is soft shooting. DI guns just take some tuning and adjustments to make them run good.

I prefer pistons personally.
