I purchased some "custom" knives from Jason Fry of Abilene, TX a few months back, and as customs usually are, it took some time and I didn't get them until after hunting season.
These knives feature a 158CM blade material. Hand polished. 3" drop point skinner, 7-7/8" overall length. Jason made the sheaths for the knives as well, but they're rudimentary and I wouldn't carry a knife like this into the field in the sheath; they're just not super solid in hold up.
Both knives have mesquite handles, the lighter colored one is spalted, while the darker is burl. Bolsters are brass.
These have retailed from him directly at over $275.00 each. Depends on the other items you add to them of course. I'm looking for $200 each, shipped/insured. These blades have not been touched, except for display and showing folks.
