New Pulsar Thermion Thermal Scopes for Summer 2019

I think you just nailed it here. I fully agree with everything you said. I don't know the American market but in Europe, if it works fine, this will be a success. This is very good news for me since I'll be able to use apel rings for my apel mounts, that is what I'm using on two of my rifles...

    Locking QD Mount

Thank you for the information, but I live in Spain (very expensive call), and English is not my mother tongue. I do not know if it'd be good enough to maintain a telephone conversation. I feel more confortable communicating in writing ;)

    Locking QD Mount

Hello Todd, I do not know how to contact you so I will ask you here: I would like to buy the Pulsar's Locking QD mount since I am having POI issues again. Could you send it to Europe? Just asking in case you can help me. I don't know what else to do. Zeroed my Trail last monday at 100 yards...

So many hogs...excellent shots as usual ;)

Yes, I understand. I also have a Pulsar Helion XQ38, so my Trail is off almost all the time. I just turn it on when I see hogs nearby. But even with the Trail off, if the temperature was 30 degrees when I last zeroed it, and just 1 (celsius) degree the other night, that could affect the POI. I...

Thank you very much for the information. It's good to know that with that mount there are no problems even with a 308, because if the issue is the mount it can be fixed (if it was the scope that changed zero with temperature, it'd be worse).

    Hogs Returned

Yes, they were everywhere! That was a lot of fun. Great shots and video ;)

Last saturday went out again with a friend. He had never used a thermal scope so when we saw a few hogs I let him shoot with my rifle. He shot 4 times and only killed the first one which wasn't moving. At the moment I thought it might have been his fault (you know, first time with a thermal...

The week after that I went to another property and saw one hog coming directly towards me. I was waiting to see if it turned to have a better shot, but it didn't, it just went on walking straight, so... So far so good, but...

This is a busy year for me at work so I can only go out hunting once a week to relax, breath clean air and disconnect. After a few weeks with no luck (hogs had disappeared), we started seeing hogs again. Two weeks ago I was hunting among vineyards when I heard a sounder. They bumped into my...

    100

Nice! Great shots ;) And 100 hogs! I don't know how many years I'll need to get to that number! Congrats!!

    Pack of Yotes

Long shots are difficult and much more at night with thermals, where we can't really tell distance. And at yotes...almost impossible, nothing to do with your 'poor shooting' (as you said). It was worth trying though ;)

No, thank you for your answers. It's a pleasure to share whatever I can with you ;)

    3 sows and 15? piglets

Sure they are not. You have many more hogs over there, just compare our numbers. For example, a few friends of mine did not hunt any last season. I've killed 8 so far this season (this is what Brian can do any other night haha), and I'm in my best numbers of my life (thanks to the Trail and the...

    3 sows and 15? piglets

I don't really know but I suppose you are right. For example, when it comes to deer, they have to be two years old at least, even in the areas where there is deer overpopulation. We have to give them a chance to become adults and learn, when they are little they are not very smart and don't have...
