I bought several rechargable rcr123a 3.7 volt nitecore batteries. Thinking I could use them in some of my flashlights. I can't because of the voltage. :(

I've read through old posts here and on google. But they were pretty old posts. I'v got the newest rechargable battery packs for my armasight 640 42mm and IR HUNTER.

That being said can I use these rcr123a batteries in these thermals and also use them in MOD3 NIGHT VISION and DBAL I2 lasers.

I know the difference between the cr123a 3 volt 1550 mAh and rcr123a at 3.7 volt 650 mAh
I just hate to have them and not use them

Same thing with the rechargable AA Batteries type batteries. I do not know where my mindo_O was but I bought some nitecore 14500 3.7 volt protected 2A mAh batteries

Im gonna follow this thread but, for my Zeus 3x 30hz, I just got a custom cable with USB power and video combined along with a $20 Ankor 6700 mAh battery. Compared to the standard CR123's this turned out to be a glorious solution. On these 20º nights, I was lucky to be getting 2 hours out of the normal batteries. With the new setup, I hunted for 5 hours (never turning the scope off) and still had 2 out of 4 dots left on the battery power meter at the end of the night.

It's a cozy fit but the battery will squeeze in to the unv mdvr pouch with the mdvr. I'll probably pick up another battery for backup but that setup paid for itself over a few nights.
