As this came up in another thread, I had a good laugh when it happened over the weekend. We had four of us out looking for hogs, spotted one and made a good approach. Nothing was terribly rushed. The hog wasn't running away. He wasn't nervous. He showed no signs of realizing we were there. We got set up in a calm manner and finalized what we were going to do, and then things got a little out of sorts. The anticipation was a bit much for one shooter, LOL, but we recovered and managed to drop the boar.
