4th of July Giant Sow

So I picked up a new property...500 acres with probably 100 acres of damage. The owner I guess charges big bucks to lease it out during deer season, so he was more worried about me killing a deer than any of his cattle...WOW.

Anyways, he didn't cut most of the meadows due to damage, and the grass there is too high to see squat. So after trudging around for two hours I packed up my toys and headed home.

Got home, went into my first pasture and came across another new sounder of hogs on the property. This is never ending.

Made a bunch of piss-poor shots because I thought the hogs were smaller (and closer), but at least I hit them. Finally managed to kill five by the time it was all said and done.

Sometimes, they're just plain TOUGH and do NOT want to go down. BIG girls there. Nice killin'.

That was a big ol’ girl! Good shooting! 5 out of one group sounds pretty good to me. And all sows too. That’s good. Congratulations!

I think my largest sows have all been under 300 lbs and I have shot at least a couple around 290. That is one fricking large sow! Well done!!

I know you didn't get all those in that buggy. :D

I like the new video format as well!

Good video, excellent narration. Almost felt like I was standing next to you watching it all happen.

A nice assortment of big hogs, good shooting.
If results matter, you did well.

Definitely better video editing! Good hogs down! I think I have the same boots. Lacrosse rubber snake proof boots?
