Thermal Handheld/Scanner . . . ??

I find myself in the market for a thermal unit that I can use as a handheld scanner. This unit will NOT do double duty as anything else as I already have a dedicated thermal unit for my hunting rifle.
Obviously I want to get the best resolution for my money. It needs to be able to ID at the longer ranges also as we hunt the vast peanut fields of NW Fla.
A previously owned(used) would be ok also. Something simple as I am not a computer guru. Fairly lightweight if possible so I could hang the unit around my neck.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks --- pruhdlr

Look at Bering Optics Hogster-r. Very light, good picture, reasonably priced, and you can use it without the reticle.
