I missed getting everything on camera. I found some pigs in some brush that I recognized from my game cam so I knew there where quite a few. I could see a few young ones moving so I picked one and shot it. Then all hell broke lose, I had a sow run in front of me and I shot it and it went down, then I shot a young one in the face. That's when I got the camera going, it's brutal.............

This will be my last post here, it's time to move on. Thanks to guys that enjoyed my posts, especially Ratdog. It was almost as enjoyable reading your comments as it was shooting hogs. And Wellbornpapa, I will definitely let you know if I finally get the "ghost"..

I felt that chilled breeze on the back of my neck. Death is near... and, I LIKE it !

I, for one, am tickled to see that hunting hogs CAN in fact be done during the day! This kid likes sleeping at night. I'd vote for a "How I do it" thread (by Desmond) to share how to succeed at killing hogs during daylight hours.

Please don't be a stranger, Desmond, just be strange. ;)

Oh, and... I'd bet the front end of that quad was sitting pretty light with that ol' beast hanging from it! Good boar!
