reap ir loose wilcox mount now black screen

I have a reap ir that i noticed the mount was loose so i snugged up the screws just finger tight, now i got nothing. screen comes on but it stays black. did a seal break or something hard to believe screws coming loose would cause this?

What screws were these that you "snugged" ??
